The Grand Prix of Scottsdale - November 4-6, 2016
Channel the "Roaring 20's" as Downtown Scottsdale is transformed and Arizona-made Vintage Mini Racers take over the streets.
There are three days of events and the races will take place on Sunday. Admission to the race is free and there are several ticketed events that you can take advantage of.
The events will take place at the Scottsdale Waterfront, 124 E. Stetson Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
Friday Night - November 4th:
Friday night is the Gatsby Under the Stars Gala from 7PM - 11PM. There will be live music, entertainment, gaming, light bites and cocktails.
Saturday & Sunday - November 5th & 6th:
- The Gatsby Lawn Party - Noon to 6PM - Food and wine tastings with entertainment
- The Grand Prixini Race and Kid Zone - 11AM to 4PM - This kids-only area will delight. Racers between 5-10 years old can participate in a race featuring an electric Mercedes Benz (tickets required.) Or, they can head over to the Kids Zone and enjoy the Peter Pan and Alice and Wonderland-themed games and activities.
Sunday - The Grand Prix - November 6th:
Sunday is the official race day and the Opening Ceremony will take place at 10:30. There will be practice races prior to that, but the first official race starts at 11AM. There will be four heats for racers throughout the afternoon and the Award Ceremony will be at 4PM. For more details about the race, course and timing, click here.

The best part is that proceeds from the weekend will benefit the Southwest Human Development charity, which is committed to helping Arizona families and fostering early childhood development.
