Whether you’re looking for a romantic date night out with your significant other this Valentine’s Day, or if you are avoiding the holiday entirely and plan on staying cozy on the couch, we’ve got you covered!

We’ve put together our favorite fun things to do in and around Scottsdale with your significant other, best friend or family.

Explore Art Museums

Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art: Head to Old Town and peruse contemporary art and architecture at the SMoCA. When you are finished grab a drink or bite to eat at one the great restaurants that are steps away.

Heard Museum: Delve into comprehensive and stunning collections of Native American Art at the Heard.

Musical Instrument Museum: Love music? The MIM showcases music and instruments from all over the globe.

Spend the Day (or Evening) Underwater

If you and your significant other both love animals, then a trip to the OdySea Aquarium is the perfect activity for you both! Located right off of the 101 in Scottsdale, you'll be able to visit an array of sea life and even possibly catch sight of one of the brand new penguin babies!

And, for Valentines Day evening (February 14th & 15th), OdySea is hosting a special strolling 5-course dinner, live music and so much more.

Watch Your Favorite Team

Take your partner or friends on a date night to watch your favorite team play... Or simply gather them at your place and stake out a spot on the couch.

Like baseball? The Arizona Diamondbacks will be facing off with the San Francisco Giants at Salt River Fields.

Hockey fan? The Arizona Coyotes will go up against the Sr. Louis Blues.

Try a New Restaurant

What better time than Valentine's Day should you and your significant other (or family!) go outside your comfort zone and try out new food?

We recommend Confluence in Carefree, Raven Gastropub in North Scottsdale for more casual fare, or The Bourbon Cellar in North Scottsdale for high-end steak and seafood , (or even a burger!) and a large selection of bourbons.

Take a Hike

Not up for all of the wining and dining? Get outside and take a hike at one of our many great local spots like Pinnacle Peak, the McDowell Sonoran Gateway Preserve or Camelback.

But we've made finding a home you love even easier.
