With the 4th of July comes all sorts of fun events in Scottsdale and around the Valley. Here are a few noteworthy ones.

  • Scottsdale 4th of July Celebration at WestWorld - July 4th - WestWorld's indoor, family-friendly event is back and this year it has a Fortnite theme. It runs from 4:30 to 9:30 and will feature a kids zone, Fortnite events, a mini rodeo, an appearance by Adam Rayl of American Ninja Warrior and so much more. Fireworks commence at 9PM.
  • Fairmont Princess 4th of July Freedom Fest - July 3rd - July 6th - Once again, the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess is going to have an epic 4th of July celebration. There will be nightly fireworks and concerts. And, on the 4th, there will be a vintage air show with veterans flying 45 vintage aircraft. Tied into these events are also tons of offerings from the Princess' Superhero Summer theme. Whatever you choose, there is going to be a lot of fun going on at the Fairmont Princess.
  • Cave Creek's 4th of July Celebration - July 4th - As of this date, Cave Creek will not be having any firework displays, but there are still some fun events going on. Harold's Corral will host a July 3rd party with live music, hot dog eating contests and more. Civana, formerly the Carefree Conference Resort, will be doing a lighted drone "firework" display on July 6th. This is a great and safe way to celebrate after all of the recent fires.
  • 4th of Zooly at the Phoenix Zoo - July 4th - The 4th of Zooly is an annual favorite at the Phoenix Zoo and it runs from 7PM to 10PM. Enjoy a BBQ dinner and lots of fun activities like bounce houses, free rides, free Stingray Bay access, animal encounters and more. At 9PM,  you will get to watch the Tempe Town Lake fireworks from a very special location in the zoo.
  • Phoenician 4th of July - July 4th - July 7th - There is a packed multi-day schedule of family fun at the Phoenician. Think carnivals, games, crafts and more. There will also be a fireworks show on July 5th.
  • Tempe Town Lake Festival - July 4th - This is one of the Valley's premiere 4th of July events. Starting at 5PM, enjoy live musical performances until the event ends at 10:30. The fireworks start at 9:15. In addition to the fireworks and live music, there will be a Family Fun Zone, Food Court and Beer Garden.
  • Fabulous Phoenix 4th - July 4th -  Phoenix's largest 4th of July celebration has been going on for 34 years. Held at the Steele Indian School Park from 6PM to 10PM. There will be two stages with live entertainment, vendors, a car show and a Kids' World. Fireworks will start around 9:30PM.
  • 4th at the Fountain in Fountain Hills - July 4th - This free, popular event in Fountain Hills is back. The event kicks off at 6. Bring chairs, blankets and your picnic basket. If you do not want to bring your own food, there will be food trucks on site. Live music, bounce houses and a climbing wall will keep you entertained. Fireworks will start at 9PM.
